Cancellations policy: Canceling your event, E-mail Gina Cigar Co. seven days prior to your event, not notified seven days prior to your event a $200 fee will be charged on your credit card, as Gina Cigar Co. still have to pay our staff for being scheduled. If the course is unplayable and you’re forced to cancel your event, the amount of $200 fee be charged on your credit card to pay our staff for being scheduled.
